General Laborer

We are hiring General Laborers for a 4-5 week project!!

Location: 2601 W Bethel Rd, Grapevine, TX 76051

Pay: $20/hr

Overtime: 0-15 hours per week

Shift: 7am- 4:30pm

Compliance: Must be willing to submit to background check and drug test

Project timeline: Monday March 30th to April 30th

Job Description

As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for building PODs that hold inventory on the robotics floor. This role requires comfort with heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds repetitively, in a loud and fast-paced environment. You will work collaboratively with a team to complete a specified number of PODs within a designated timeframe while maintaining a safe, clean, and healthy work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble metal workstations and inventory shelving units.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Work as a team to complete a specified number of PODs in a specific time.
• Use hand tools such as hammers, rivet guns, and pallet jacks.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor, hand tools, power tools, construction, production, and carpentry.
• Commercial construction and assembly experience.
• Physically capable of repetitive work that includes lifting, pulling, and pushing.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working with various types of hand and power tools.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull equipment up to 45 lbs.

Work Environment

The role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse environment that can be loud and chaotic. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime on Saturdays.

This is a Contract position based out of Grapevine, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
