Job Description

We are seeking experienced site laborers to join a large commercial construction company. Ideal candidates will have over three years of site work experience and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is based around the South Shore MA and southern MA areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on large commercial construction sites.
• Utilize hand tools effectively and safely.
• Assist with carpentry tasks as required.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness at the site.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols, including OSHA 10 guidelines.

Essential Skills

• 3+ years of site work experience.
• Proficiency in using hand tools.
• OSHA 10 certification.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
