General Production Worker
Location: Stayton, OR
Shifts Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd
Pay: $20.00-$22.58/hour
Job Type: Full-time
We are currently hiring General Production Workers for a manufacturing facility in Stayton, OR. This is a great opportunity to join a long-term, stable company with growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools, power tools, and machinery
Retrieve and organize materials to support the production line
Inspect and report any defective materials or quality concerns
Label and track completed products accurately
Maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols at all times
Use required PPE including safety glasses, ear protection, and close-toed shoes
Assist with placing materials and parts correctly for final assembly
Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or leads

Requirements:

Ability to lift, bend, and perform repetitive movements
Comfortable standing for long periods
Basic knowledge of tools and production processes
Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Prior production experience is a plus but not required
