Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for painting walls using rollers and hand brushes, sanding and spackling surfaces, and performing general maintenance tasks. You will also assist the Facilities Manager with various projects.

Responsibilities

• Paint walls with rollers and hand brushes.

• Sand and spackle surfaces to prepare them for painting.

• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed.

• Assist the Facilities Manager with various tasks and projects.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Capable of standing for extended periods.

• Proficient in using hand and power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with paint preparation, sanding, and spackling.

• Basic handyman and carpentry skills.

• Familiarity with sheetrock and electrical work.

This is a Contract position based out of Bohemia, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
