Food Production Worker

Our client, the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the cheese processing team. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker (Cheese Cleaner)

Location: Turtle Lake, WI

Pay Range: $18.50 base pay

Shift: 6am - 6pm, 2-2-3 schedule

What's the Job?

• Load cheese onto cleaning table by lifting cheese off racks or totes
• Hand clean cheese using hand tools for detailed cleaning
• Identify and remove mold or debris from cheese with keen visual inspection

What's Needed?

• Ability to visually detect small mold specks and debris
• Physical ability to lift and handle cheese products
• Attention to detail and quality standards
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
