salary: $39,000 - $40,000 per year

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• In-Line Inspection: Inspect products on the production line for correct attributes, methods, packaging, and identification.
• Quality Testing: Perform and record quality tests (e.g., dimensions, sealing, impact, weight).
• Non-Conformance Reporting: Report defects and non-conformities following established procedures.
• Material & Equipment Verification: Evaluate raw materials and verify equipment calibration.
• Change Approval: Approve color or raw material changes post-validation.
• Sampling: Conduct sampling for quarantined, returned, and third-party products.
• Compliance: Verify adherence to specifications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Training: Train new personnel on quality control processes and GMP.
• Support: Assist with corrective actions, improvement projects, audits, and customer claims.
• Safety & Regulatory: Adhere to all safety, health, and food safety/product integrity regulations.

The essential functions of this role include:
