Job Details

Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects
Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
Lead jobsite coordination with Supers and field teams
Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change order management
Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation
Project sizes 250k-30M
