Job Title: Production Operator
Location: Detroit Lakes, MN
Compensation: $22.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operator I workers for a metalworking company in Detroit Lakes, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality metal components while working with modern equipment in a safety-focused environment. • Operate welding, assembly, machining, or stamping equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints and sketches to produce parts
• Inspect finished products and document results
• Perform basic machine setups, adjustments, and routine maintenance
• Stack, pack, and prepare materials for shipment
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds during a full shift
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but entry-level candidates are welcome
• Reliable transportation to Detroit Lakes, MN
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
