Site Supervisor- Commercial Masonry

Confidential Search Structural Commercial Masonry Superintendent

Locations: Charlotte, NC & Charleston, SC

We are seeking experienced Commercial Masonry Superintendents to lead ground-up commercial projects including high-rises, universities, schools, and churches. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and run a jobsite independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage crews on large-scale commercial masonry projects from start to finish
• Oversee scheduling, production, safety, and quality control
• Coordinate with general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects on track
• Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety standards
• Mentor and develop field teams while maintaining high performance
• Track project progress, budgets, and productivity

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 5+ years site supervision in commercial masonry; ideally 10+ years overall
• OSHA 30 certification required
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Level-headed, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Hands-on and able to work directly with field crews

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base: $60K $110K depending on experience
• Profit-sharing incentive: ~6% of salary annually once goals are achieved
• Employee-only health insurance (~$40/month)
• Vehicle stipend: $1,000/month
• Phone stipend: $80/month
