Hospital Construction Laborer

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr DOE

Shift: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Overtime frequently available)

Location: Aurora, CO 80045

Position Type: Temporary (3-month project with strong potential for extension)

How you'll spend your time as a Hospital Construction Laborer:

Supporting Superintendents with day-to-day jobsite needs on an active hospital campus.

Assisting with deliveries, unloading materials, and staging supplies.

Performing general site clean-up and organization.

Supporting infection control procedures, which may involve repetitive, detail-focused tasks.

Coordinating with subcontractors and trade partners on site.

Helping maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.

Adapting to changing daily tasks - no two days are the same.

Skills & experience we'd like you to have:

Previous construction or jobsite experience preferred (hospital or healthcare construction a plus).

Familiarity with or willingness to learn infection control protocols.

Strong work ethic with the ability to listen, learn, and follow direction.

Comfortable with repetitive tasks and attention to detail.

Physically capable of lifting materials and being on your feet throughout the day.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not a requirement.

Reliable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
