Job Title: Quality Technician
Location: Little Falls, MN
Compensation: $21.00-$23.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: All shifts available | Days vary | Hours vary by shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Quality Technician workers for a food manufacturing company in Little Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure product quality, food safety, and sanitation standards are met in a fast-paced production environment. If you enjoy hands-on quality work, problem-solving, and supporting safe food production, this could be a great fit. Read below for more information!What You'll Do as a Quality Technician:

• Verify that sanitation procedures are effective
• Coordinate and monitor pathogen testing throughout the plant
• Communicate test results and verify corrective action plans
• Monitor, teach, and enforce GMPs, HACCP, packaging sanitation, and allergen control procedures
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic quality or production issues related to products and materials
• Monitor, maintain, and document incident reports
• Communicate corrective action outcomes to appropriate teams

What You Need to Bring to the Quality Technician Role:

• Experience in quality control within a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred
• Food industry experience strongly preferred
• Prior leadership experience a plus
• Basic knowledge of math, biology, and chemistry
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations #IndeedNorth
