Job Title: Paint Prep Laborer

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Paint Prep Laborer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for finishing burrs using sanders, and filling in cracks on trucks with bondo or plaster-type materials, preparing them for the paint booth.

2nd Shift: 11-11 MUST BE OPEN TO WORK WEEKEND SHIFT

Responsibilities

• Finish burrs using sanders on trucks.

• Fill in cracks using bondo or plaster materials.

• Prepare trucks for the paint booth process.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in using general labor hand tools.

• Experience in sanding and construction.

• Ability to use a tape measure and various hand tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in painting, auto spray gun use, and paint prep.

• Familiarity with assembly processes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LaFayette, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
