• Salary: $26/hr - $39/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintenance of the facility's industrial ammonia system under supervision, including handling water treatment chemicals.
• Engage in preventive, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility.
• Familiarize yourself with various systems and applications including computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), Process Safety Management, and wastewater operations.
• Maintain documentation of completed work and note any conditions encountered.
• Safely operate forklifts and scissor lifts as required.
• Collaborate with peers and management to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to obtain Operator 1 certification within one year.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• At least 2 years of industrial or utilities experience, or a relevant technical degree.
• Must pass a physical and pulmonary function test before hiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Certification/Experience in Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration or Industrial/Class III Wastewater licenses.
• Experience in industrial food and beverage environments.
• Experience in industrial utility maintenance.
• Familiarity with Compressed Air systems, Ammonia Refrigeration, and Ludell hot water systems.
• CARO/CIRO qualification.
• Previous experience with Cargill.
• Recent work history (within the last 12 months).
