Job Title: CNC Milling Machinist

Location: Cockeysville, MD 21030 Job Type: Full Time

Shift: Monday - Thursday, 7am - 4:30pm; Friday, 7am-11am.

(Possible OT available)

Pay: $25 - $27 per hour (Based on experience)

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CNC Milling Machinist to work in a great organization. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in CNC milling MACHINIST operations who thrives in a precision-driven and self-driven environment. You'll be responsible for setting up CNC milling machines, making necessary offsets, and producing high-quality parts based on pre-programmed operations. Certifications are not required but are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up CNC Milling machine and load raw materials for production.
Read and interpret technical prints and drawings to make necessary offsets and adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standards- no programming required; programs are pre-made.
Inspect parts using personal precision tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor machine performance, troubleshooting issues, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning.
Maintain accurate documentation of production, quality checks, and maintenance records.
Support a safe, clean, and efficient work environment; collaborate on process improvements and resolve production challenges.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of CNC Milling MACHINIST experience.
Must have/provide own tools.
Strong knowledge of setups, offsets, and interpreting technical drawings.
Proficient with precision measuring tools.
Solid troubleshooting, organizational, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently.
CNC certifications are a plus but not required.
