In this role, you'll deliver compassionate labor and delivery care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safe, high-quality experiences for mothers and newborns. Your leadership and clinical skills will shine as you manage labor processes, monitor patient progress, and respond swiftly to emergencies.

Required Skills:

• Valid CA RN license
• Proven experience in labor and delivery or maternal health
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Knowledge of obstetric care protocols and emergencies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
• Bilingual abilities, especially Spanish
• Certifications such as NRP, TNCC, or ACLS

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum 2 years' L&D experience

Other Requirements:

• Must hold current BLS and other relevant certifications
• Flexibility to work overnight hours
• Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments
