Job Details

This position is responsible for assisting with a variety of clerical and administrative duties, daily assignments, reports, and projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Greets and directs visitors and patient if applicable
Monitors the status of assignments and projects for assigned Leadership.
Responsible for preparing meeting minutes.
Maintains appointment calendars.
Anticipates needs by gathering records, reports, correspondence, or other specific information and assists in preparation for meetings.
Answers and screens telephone calls. Returns telephone calls as needed.
Composes correspondence and distributes to the appropriate individuals.
Prepares various documents and handles confidential matters in accordance with policies and procedures.
Assists with compiling financial, statistical data and reports as assigned.
Responsible for receiving, sorting and distributing mail. Receives packages and signs off on deliveries.
Coordinates travel as appropriate.
Special projects as necessary.
Fulfills other reception duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
Must be able to communicate effectively with C Suite leadership
