Electrician - Submarine Operations

• Install and test electrical and electronic systems, circuits, and equipment efficiently.
• Install wireways, conduits, and cable trays following NEC requirements and custom specifications.
• Perform utility wire connections while demonstrating a solid understanding of electrical circuits.
• Read and interpret blueprints, and carry out conduit threading.
• Ensure tools are maintained in optimal condition for safety and efficiency.
• Train and mentor fellow team members on your shift to foster skill development.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, prioritizing a safe working environment.
• Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent workplace injuries and actively participate in safety meetings.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 or more years of relevant experience preferred.
• Proven ability to read electrical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Experience with electrical wiring and cable routing.
• Prior experience in the installation of panels, switchgear, and equipment.
• Vocational or technical degree in electricity or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Experience with commercial and industrial equipment, including MCCs, substation switchgear, and variable frequency drives.
