Job Title: Fitter Welder ($30 - $40)

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Fitter Welder in a manufacturing and production environment. Your primary role will involve laying out, positioning, and fitting parts according to specifications, following blueprints, and work orders to measure each product accurately. You will also be responsible for performing measurements and preparing parts for the welding team to begin their tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, position, and fit parts to specifications.

• Follow blueprints and work orders to measure products accurately.

• Perform measurements and prepare parts for the welding team.

Essential Skills

• Experience in fitting and steel fabrication.

• Proficiency in welding.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Any education or certificate in welding or trades industry is a bonus.

Work Environment

Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing environment. The position operates on the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kansas City, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
