Pipefitter/Welder Weekly Pay- Start ASAP

Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Pay: $25-$32/hour

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7 am- 5 pm

We are seeking a skilled pipefitter/welder to join our team. This position involves installing, assembling, and welding piping systems for industrial applications. The role requires regular travel to job sites, so flexibility and a valid driver's license are essential. Candidates should have experience working with various metals and welding techniques while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Cut, thread, and weld pipes according to specifications.
• Assemble and install piping systems for tanks and related equipment.
• Inspect and test completed systems for leaks and compliance.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Travel to project sites as required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong knowledge of pipefitting techniques and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.

• Primarily industrial and construction settings.
• Exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and physical demands.
• Collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety.
• Travel required for on-site installations and projects.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
