Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking a skilled and motivated Welder / Fabricator for a manufacturing facility located in Hinckley, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in quality craftsmanship, and are looking for a stable, full-time schedule.
Pay & Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $22-$24 per hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Overtime: Some Fridays required (paid at overtime rates)
• Pay Frequency: Weekly
• Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire
• Location: Hinckley, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Sawing metal materials
• Grinding and deburring finished parts
• Welding and fabrication work
• Operating machines and shop equipment
• Assisting with assembly as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately read a tape measure
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Welding or fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to operate machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Dependable, safety-minded, and able to work independently or as part of a team
