Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines, utilizing tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges. This role requires an in-depth understanding of multi-axis machines and the ability to work with various grades of steel materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines.

• Utilize micrometers, calipers, and height gauges to ensure precision.

• Understand and work with multi-axis machines.

• Machining of steel materials with CNC mills.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Edit and manage CNC machining processes.

• Set up and manage tooling, including loading, usage, and determining speeds and feeds.

• Monitor and manage tool life and sequence of operations.

Essential Skills

• 4 to 10 years of experience with CNC machines.

• Experience with CNC mills, including brands like Mazak, Okuma, and DMG.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

• Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in setting up and operating CNC mills.

• Ability to commute to Enumclaw and work overtime if needed.

This is a Permanent position based out of Enumclaw, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57782.40 - $59862.40/yr.

• Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits will be available on day 1 when converted • 100% match up to 5% contribution of 401K • Quarterly RONA Profit Sharing Bonus (target of minimum 5%) paid quarterly after the first 6 months. • PTO starting at 88 hours per year, and paid holidays • Overtime is available! Most 1st and 2nd positions are working at 50 hours per week • No experience necessary in Assembly/Deburr/Material Handling – We are willing to train! • Great safety culture and professional environment.
