Part-Time Territory Sales Associate

Join Hershey as a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate! This remote position allows you to build flexible schedules while representing beloved brands like Reese's, Hershey's Kisses, Twizzlers, and Jolly Ranchers. Candidates must be comfortable traveling to store locations and are expected to drive their personal vehicle around 55 miles per day within their assigned territory. Please note, there is no car allowance; however, mileage will be reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.

This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy relationship-building and selling. As a Territory Sales Associate (TSA), you will:

• Sell and ensure 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey products in your designated territory.
• Implement merchandising strategies effectively, including building displays and increasing distribution of top-selling items.
• Report on weekly activities, expenses, promotions, and other administrative details.
• Document daily activities using a tablet upon completion each day.
• Manage your sales territory, which will vary depending on its size and the number of retailers.

Work Schedule: This continuous part-time position involves working 20-25 hours per week, typically visiting 6-10+ accounts daily. Your hours should align with core retail hours from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with flexibility based on store needs.

Compensation: The starting hourly rate ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, based on experience and geographic location.

Job Requirements:

• Valid US state-issued driver's license.
• Personal vehicle in good operating condition.
• Auto insurance with coverage of at least $100,000 per person, $100,000 per accident, and $100,000 property damage, allowing for business use.
• Willingness to commute within listed territory boundaries.
• Ability to drive long distances for multiple sales calls daily.
• Capability to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly, with or without accommodation.
• Frequent bending, kneeling, and manual dexterity required.
• Familiarity with tablet technology.
• Daily access to wireless internet.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability for 20-25 hours per week.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of food merchandising experience preferred, but not required.
