General Laborers / Field Technicians

Paul Davis Restoration specializes in restoring homes and businesses after water, fire, mold, and storm damage. We are looking for hardworking and reliable General Laborers / Field Technicians to join our team. This is an entry-level roleno experience required! If you can lift, follow instructions, and are eager to work, we'd love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with cleanup, demolition, and restoration tasks.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Set up and take down equipment at job sites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely.
• Support other team members as needed.
• Some common tasks this role will involve: debris removal, demolition, water extraction, equipment setup, etc.
• Basic hand tools, tools and training provided.

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work in a team.
• No prior experience requiredtraining will be provided!
• Must be reliable and punctual.
• Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
