TIG Welder
Location: Cedar Park, TX 78613
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Overtime opportunities may be available)
Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour

Integrity Trade Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company to hire a TIG Welder to support production through precision welding, fabrication, and quality-focused metalwork. This role is essential to ensuring strong weld integrity, accurate blueprint execution, and the timely completion of production schedules in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

TIG Welder Key Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on steel and metal components according to blueprints, work instructions, and weld specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment, including gas flow, voltage, and machine settings.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and compliance with required standards.
• Perform minor grinding, fitting, and finishing work as needed to complete production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while meeting production schedules.

TIG Welder Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
• Proficient in using hand tools, grinders, and measuring devices.
• Strong understanding of welding safety standards and proper PPE use.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with fabrication, fitting, and quality inspection tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers is preferred.
