Manufacturing Technician
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to assemble industrial control panels and wire CNC machines and automation equipment. This role involves reading blueprints and schematics, terminating wires, installing relays, terminal blocks, contactors, power supplies, sensors, limit switches, and control devices, as well as routing conduit, cable tray, and flexible machine wiring. You will conduct basic voltage testing, verify proper wire routing and termination torque, and support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for industrial power systems and motor controls.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble industrial control panels.
- Read blueprints and schematics.
- Terminate wires and install relays, terminal blocks, contactors, and power supplies.
- Wire CNC machines and automation equipment.
- Install sensors, limit switches, and control devices.
- Route conduit, cable tray, and flexible machine wiring.
- Conduct basic voltage testing and verify proper wire routing and termination torque.
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for industrial power systems.
- Work with motor controls, wiring PLCs, and 3-Phase systems.
Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics.
- Experience in terminating wires and installing electrical components.
- Knowledge of industrial power systems and motor controls.
- Understanding of voltage testing and 3-Phase systems.
- Ability to support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with panel upgrades and safety circuits.
- Familiarity with PLC wiring and limit switches.
- Ability to support electricians and engineers in assembling, wiring, and installing electrical systems for CNC machines and industrial automation equipment.

Job Type & Location:
This is a Contract position based out of Hawthorne, CA.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
