Construction Foreman
- Specialization:
- Civil underground utility installation (sewer, water, storm)
- Street grading and earthwork
- Work Schedule:
- Seasonal, typically April to November
- Flexibility based on workload and weather
- Work Area:
- Projects within approximately 100 miles of home office
- Employee commute varies based on residence and job location
- Winter Operations:
- Field personnel are laid off in winter, collecting seasonal unemployment
- Snow removal services in and around area
- Equipment servicing with limited opportunities for shop work
- State-of-the-Art Equipment:
- Equipped with Komatsu machinery featuring GPS capabilities
- Ability to move and service own equipment for efficiency
- Union Wages:
- MN: $35.51/hour
- ND: $35.00/hour
- Rates set by the union with upcoming increases based on negotiations in May
- Incentive Program:
- Tiered pay bump over the union scale for foremen

- Weekly pay
