Available Shifts (with differentials)

1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (+10% differential)

3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (+15% differential)

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Machine Operator, you'll learn to run and monitor production equipment to keep operations running smoothly. Daily tasks include:

Setting up and operating machinery after training

Monitoring product quality and ensuring it meets specifications

Completing simple production paperwork

Entering data into basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus but not required)

Following safety and quality standards (ISO, TQM, EH&S)

What Makes You a Great Fit

Ability to train on 1st shift

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills

Basic math skills

Prior industrial, warehouse, or production experience preferred (but not required)

Ability to distinguish colors for material identification

Dependable, hands on, and ready to grow with the team

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Upton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
