Are you ready to innovate and contribute to developing secure solutions? Join our Data Solutions team as a Fabrication Operator in the Orbital Weld team. Play an essential role in setting up and maintaining orbital welding operations for cutting-edge high-performance liquid cooling systems.
Key Responsibilities

T-Drill Operation: Efficiently program, set up, and operate T-Drill equipment to create high-quality tee joints and outlets directly from run pipes, ensuring structural integrity and precision.

Orbital Welding: Program, set up, and perform automated orbital welds on stainless steel and other alloy tubing. Ensure full-penetration, sanitary-grade welds while meticulously maintaining production logs and work records.

Manifold Assembly: Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to expertly assemble wall-mounted manifolds, including mounting components and integrating formed tubes, ensuring all fittings are torqued to specification.

Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and pressure testing to guarantee the integrity of assemblies before they leave the floor, ensuring compliance with rigorous quality standards.

Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on T-Drill and Orbital power supplies to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime while assisting with troubleshooting systems as needed.

Safety: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and promptly report unsafe conditions. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Production Scheduling & Other Duties: Meet established performance standards to ensure timely production schedules. Actively participate in team-oriented continuous improvement activities to enhance customer satisfaction, and be open to additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Experience utilizing computerized manufacturing technologies or related systems to satisfy production and customer demands.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.

Capability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

High attention to detail, manual dexterity, and commitment to safety and quality.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting priorities.

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as required.

Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.
