Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting multiple locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair facility equipment across multiple systems and locations.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, and Life Safety systems to ensure compliance with standards.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely service delivery.
• Monitor and calibrate HVAC systems, record readings, and make adjustments for optimal performance.
• Maintain safety standards, manage inventory, and oversee contracted maintenance work.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification; EPA 608 Universal Certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license and proficiency with computer applications such as Word and Excel.
