Lead Maintenance Supervisor

Gpac has partnered with a company that manages a portfolio of approximately 140 residential units and are looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations and ensure our properties remain in top condition. This is a leadership role requiring strong HVAC expertise, emergency availability, and general handyman skills. While this position is primarily focused on residential maintenance across a portfolio of approximately 120 units, occasional commercial property service requests may arise.

Lead Maintenance Description:

• Primary point of contact for all maintenance issues
• Diagnose, install, and repair HVAC systems
• Perform general maintenance and repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, appliance repairs and more.

Lead Maintenance Requirements:

• HVAC license/certification
• 10+ years of maintenance experience
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
