Welder - Fabricator Opportunity in Daytona Beach, FL

Join our dynamic team as a Welder - Fabricator, where you will play a crucial role in building and assembling steel parts for large construction projects. With a focus on precision and safety, you will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with the latest technology, including automated CNC equipment and modern welding stations. There are 1st and 2nd shift openings and the pay ranges based on experience ($20 - $28)!

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to understand welding specifications.
• Assemble and weld structural steel components such as beams, columns, and platforms.
• Ensure all welds pass visual inspection, x-ray, or other nondestructive testing.
• Use MIG, flux core, and metal core welding techniques.

Essential Skills

• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and weld symbols.
• Proficient in MIG and flux-core welding techniques.
• Strong understanding of quality standards and ability to spot and fix welding issues.
• Experience with steel fabrication and fitting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Daytona Beach, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
