Construction General Laborer

Construction Laborer
$21/hr | 50-60 hrs/week | Contract-to-Hire
We're hiring outdoor laborers to assist civil and utility construction crews based out of Hugo. This is physical work with steady overtime.
What You'll Do

• Shovel, handgrade, move materials
• Assist operators and work around heavy equipment
• Use basic hand tools
• Lift and place pipeline materials

What You Need

• Experience with landscaping, farm work, construction, concrete, or outdoor labor
• Able to work 50-60 hrs/week in all weather
• Valid driver's license

Schedule & Locations

• Start: 6:00-6:30 AM , 10-12 hr days
• Meet at the Hugo shop and ride with crew
• Majority of work is local MN
• Occasional WI sites (Frederic, Rice Lake, Osceola, Balsam Lake)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
