• Hands-on CNC machining experience (Haas, Mazak, Okuma, or similar).

• Run CNC mills or lathes to build high-precision parts.
• Read blueprints, set up tools, and dial in the perfect program.
• Measure, inspect, and tweak as needed to hit exact specs.
• Keep the area organized and follow all safety procedures
