Industrial Maintenance Technician - East Bernard, TX 77435

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support equipment and facility maintenance in a fast-paced production welding environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery to ensure minimal downtime and safe, efficient operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, mechanically inclined, and experienced working with industrial equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Technician Job Duties

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Repair and maintain welding equipment, conveyors, and production machinery
• Diagnose equipment issues and implement timely solutions to minimize downtime
• Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades
• Maintain maintenance logs and complete required documentation
• Work closely with production to support continuous operations
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Industrial Maintenance Technician Requirements

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding equipment preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies ever
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

Pay: $25.00 - $26.00+ DOE
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 5 am - 4:30 pm, Saturday 6 am - 2:30 pm (OT available)
