Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly
Ability to lift and reach materials above shoulder height (up to 35 pounds)
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and grasp materials throughout the shift
Comfortable working in an environment with strong fumes
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production setting
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain attention to detail

Responsibilities

Work collaboratively within a 5-person team to complete the lamination process
Apply a thin, even layer of adhesive to foam boards
Align and adhere foam boards to styrene sheets
Monitor product movement through production to ensure proper pressure is applied
Inspect materials to ensure foam and styrene remain securely bonded
Handle and position materials safely throughout the production process
Maintain production pace and quality standards
