Hiring for a General Laborer

If you love traveling, stacking OT, and getting paid every single day you're on the road this is that job.

We cover all travel + lodging, you get $75/day Per Diem (7 days/week) on top of your pay, and you'll be working steady 56 day weeks with 1020 hours of overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Travel with project teams to various locations to clean and restore waterslides.
• Perform labor-intensive tasks including climbing, lifting, power washing, and painting.
• Use grinders, orbital sanders, and other hand and power tools to buff out scratches, replace panels, and apply protective coatings.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained during all restoration processes.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency with general labor tasks.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools such as grinders.
• Experience in construction, production, or restoration.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and ability to perform tasks like trenching, digging, and farming.
• Capability to work in various weather conditions.

Must be able to interview in person in between Farmington, MO and St Louis, MO.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Farmington, MO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
