Position Responsibilities:
- Develop N/C processes for 2, 3, 4, and 5-axis applications.
- Implement process improvements for existing hardware.
- Set up and operate N/C and standard machine tools for production.
- Utilize blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to create top-quality hardware.
- Conduct in-process dimensional checks and CMM setups.
- Troubleshoot and effectively resolve any process issues.
- Create and modify development and production plans as required.
- Guide team members during both development and production tasks.
- Perform additional related duties as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college or an associate degree with at least 2 years of manufacturing experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in machining, assembly, machine repair, or inspection.
- Proficient in NC programming (e.g., APT, UG, or similar systems).
- Strong skills in shop math, including geometry and trigonometry, along with the ability to read blueprints and understand geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Completion of a machining apprenticeship.
- Experience in both NC programming and manual machining.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with tooling and fixturing, STAS, and Maximo generation.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments.
- Able to meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attendance and punctuality.
The base pay for this role starts at $1,700.19 per week. Your pay may vary depending on factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary. Applications will be accepted until 12/31/2026.
