CNC Technician - 3 Needed

Job Description

A manufacturing company is seeking experienced CNC Technicians Level 1, 2, and 3 to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday, 10 hours each day, with the ability to voluntarily work the 5th day as needed.

Job Duties:

• Operate machine tool with engineering support and training to produce high quality product to customer specifications
• Responsible for quality, production standards, safety, scrap, and documentation records
• Change cutting tools as required
• First piece and in process inspection of components being manufactured to verify print and process specifications are being met
• Keep accurate documentation and piece count
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of machine tool, workstation, and general area
• Move product throughout the facility by use of pallet jack and tow motor
• May be required to assist in other general shop functions as needed
• Stand and walk for 8 hours and lift 50 pounds without the support of Crane or Hoist

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED
• Must have Trade School or specific training certification pertaining to the precision machining industry
• Must be proficient in the use of precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometer and dial indicator and basic hand tools
• Must have the ability to work in team environment to achieve established goals per a production schedule
• Must be able to work well with others under minimal supervision
• Must have basic computer and shop math skill
• Must be capable of manually lifting 50 pounds and also experience using a pallet jack and tow motor
• The ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and general area is needed
• Must have a solid work history with no attendance issues
