Fall Protection Rigger – Direct Hire

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Type: Direct Hire (Permanent)

Our client, a leader in the construction and safety industry, is hiring a Fall Protection Rigger. This role is ideal for someone with construction, rigging, or fall‑protection experience who is comfortable working at heights and willing to travel within Florida and occasionally out of state.

Responsibilities
• Travel with an installation team to commercial, theme park, and military job sites
• Install fall‑protection systems such as nets, harnesses, anchors, and related equipment
• Conduct and document required safety inspections
• Assist with materials handling and inventory coordination
• Communicate with team members and customers to ensure project success
• Complete all documentation accurately and on time
• Drive company vehicles to client sites as needed
• Support and promote a safety‑first culture

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in construction, rigging, and/or fall protection
• Comfortable working at significant heights
• Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as needed
• Strong math and measurement skills; able to read a tape measure to 1/16"
• Organized, reliable, and a collaborative team player
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check (for military/government sites)
• Ability to pass a drug screen
