Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic - $20-$25+/hr

This is a temp-to-hire position!

Integrity Trade Services is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic. Pay is commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a background in industrial maintenance, or a mechanical background with a willingness to learn the trade.

Responsibilities of Maintenance Mechanic Assistant:

• Complete routine maintenance tasks in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Diagnose and Troubleshoot issues
• Complete administrative duties such as filling out forms and reporting issues
• Assist with other duties as needed

Location: Chicago Heights, Illinois

Schedule/Shift Details for Maintenance Mechanic Assistant

• 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Monday-Friday
• OT as needed

Qualifications for the Maintenance Mechanic Assistant

• High School Diploma or GED
• Mechanical Background (Industrial Maintenance preferred)
• Willingness to learn the skills needed
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions

• IL Paid Leave for All Workers

• An employee that works in Illinois is entitled to accrue and use up to 40 hours of paid leave during a 12 month period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave under the provisions of the State of Illinois Paid Leave for All Workers Act.? The 12 month accrual period is considered to begin for new employees on the employees first day of employment.? An employee is entitled to begin using earned and accrued paid leave time 90 calendar days after commencement of employment.? Paid leave under this Act shall accrue at the rate of one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked up to 40 hours of paid leave

Eligibility:? Active employees with one year of work and during that one year has completed 1,000 hours of service and is at least 21 years of age.? Entry dates into the 401(k) are:? 1/1 or 7/1 following the one year of service and completing 1,000 hours of work.
The company will match 100% of the first 3% of the employee contribution.? As well as, match 50% of the next 2% of the employee contribution. (The company contribution/match maximum is 4%)
