Construction superintendent

We are looking for a high-caliber Construction Superintendent to take the reins of our luxury custom home projects for our client in Orlando, FL. responsibilities:

• Manage daily jobsite operations from kickoff through punch-out and closeout
  
  
• Lead trade partners: coordination, sequencing, accountability, and jobsite expectations
  
  
• Drive the schedule and proactively solve field issues before they become delays
  
  
• Coordinate inspections, site readiness, and permitting requirements
  
  
• Track materials, deliveries, and short-interval planning to keep production moving
  
  
• Complete daily logs and updates using tools like QuickBooks Time, MS Office, and UDA Construction Online

• 3+ years of superintendent or lead field experience in custom homes or luxury residential remodeling
  
  
• Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality control
  
  
• Organized, schedule-minded, and comfortable with documentation and daily reporting
  
  
• Working knowledge of building codes and inspections
