TRC on behalf of our client is hiring for a Industrial Maintenance Technician with experience in Industrial Automation & CNC Equipment.
This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing CNC machining, fabrication, and finishing equipment to ensure reliable production.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
- Kasto N/C saws
- Mazak CNC mills (3) and lathes (2)
- FPT 4-Axis CNC Mill
- Amada 3kW Fiber Laser and Press Brake
- Industrial air compressors and ProMix coating systems
- Diagnose and repair issues
- Troubleshoot CNC controls, servo drives, motors, sensors, and safety circuits
- Execute scheduled PMs per OEM and internal standards
- Maintain lubrication, hydraulic, coolant, and chip management systems
- Identify failure trends and recommend reliability improvements
- Adhere strictly to OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and all lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures prior to performing maintenance or repairs
- 3+ years of CNC or industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with CNC mills and lathes (Mazak preferred), fiber lasers, and press brakes
Work Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Willingness to support occasional off-shift or weekend maintenance as needed
