General Production Worker (Sheldon, IA)

Pay: $20$21/hr

Shifts:

• 6am6pm
• 6pm6am

We're hiring general production workers to support daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production and packaging equipment
• Perform routine quality checks
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with material handling and line setup
• Meet production goals and follow work instructions

Requirements:

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 3050 lbs
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required

This is a contract to hire position based out of Sioux Center, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.00/hr.
