Express Employment Professionals of Ames, IA has partnered with a growing company located in Roland, IA who is currently seeking an experienced Tool Room Machinist!

This is a long-term, part-time position starting at $20/hr, hourly wage is dependent on experience! The ideal candidate should have prior tool and die experience.

Environment:

This is a 1st shift schedule, Monday-Friday (around 20 hours a week)
Candidate must be comfortable working in a smaller production facility and collaborating with various departments

Duties:

Preventative maintenance on tools, dies, molds, equipment, and machines
Working with various hand tools, power tools, and machines
Tooling, fabricating, fixing, repairing, and re-furbishing as needed

Skills/Experience Needed:

Prior machining/tooling experience
Good attention to detail
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to complete tasks correctly and timely
