Fabricator

Growing manufacturing company seeking to hire a fabricator / shop floater / laborer to their team!

Positions are on day shift (M-F), and are all full-time, long-term roles, we are looking for career oriented individuals!

Candidates will be doing a variety of different duties throughout the day making and repairing custom equipment. Candidates will be doing anything from fabricating and machine operating, assembly, basic welding and tacking, repair work, and anything else to complete the job. Candidates will be working in a smaller team setting to complete projects. No two days are alike with this position, we are looking for candidates who like a lot of variety in their job duties, and like building projects from the ground up.

We are looking for candidates who have 6+ months experience in any of the following:

• Fabrication (brake press, shear, laser, saw, etc.)

• Mechanical or electrical assembly

• Hand and power tool usage

• Welding

• Maintenance / repair

• Mechanics

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of PAYNESVILLE, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $27.00/hr.
