Position Summary
Perform routine and preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of all company facilities,
equipment, and grounds.
Responsibilities
• Trouble shoot, PM and repair a variety of equipment utilizing technologies such as pneumatic, hydraulics, and electronics
• Work from manufacturers' manuals, schematics, and engineering data to ensure equipment functions as designed
• Use precision test and diagnostics equipment (ie. Mechanical gages, Electronics, and Pneumatic diagnostic equipment, etc.)
• Work on CNC machines, assembly lines including technologies with PLC's, robotics, and mechanical operations
• Complete work orders
• Participate in work groups High Performance Teams for continuous improvement
• Respond to safety concerns
• Assist manufacturing engineering in support of process improvements and project development
• All other duties assigned
Qualifications
• High School Diploma
• 3-5 years' experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a machining environment required
• Associate's degree in industrial maintenance, other maintenance field, or equivalent work experience preferred
