MIG Welder - 1st Shift

Crystal Lake, IL

Pay Rate: $23.34/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Evaluation Hire
Summary

Join a global manufacturer assembling and distributing forklifts used around the world. This is a true welding position on first shift, ideal for welders who value quality workmanship and long-term stability.
Responsibilities

Perform ordinary MIG welding for mechanical strength in all positions
Operate welding robots as needed
Inspect robotic welds for quality and proper location
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications

MIG welding experience required
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols
Experience using ARC, MIG, gas welding, torch cutting, grinding, and slag removal
Ability to stand for the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs
Hard-working, dependable, and quality-focused
