Location: Shreveport–Bossier City, LA

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do:

• Assist with residential and light commercial service calls
• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform repairs, installations, and maintenance
• Carry and organize tools, job materials, and equipment
• Help maintain a clean and safe worksite
• Document jobs and communicate with customers professionally
• Train in local plumbing codes, safety procedures, and use of field service software

What We're Looking For:

• 2-4 years of plumbing experience.
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Clean, professional appearance and good communication skills
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in crawlspaces or tight areas
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Experience with Housecall Pro is a plus, but not required
